By accessing or using the n8Clarity mobile application ("the App") or website ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and n8Clarity ("we," "us," or "our").
2. Description of Service
n8Clarity is a personal growth and life balance application designed for impact-driven entrepreneurs. The Service provides daily practices, life area tracking across eight dimensions, progressive journey stages, quests, intention setting, and a balance wheel visualization. The Service is intended for personal, non-commercial use.
3. User Accounts and Responsibilities
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, n8Clarity and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: (a) your use of or inability to use the Service; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service; or (d) any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted to or through the Service. In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
